What is the difference between the Ultra and the Classic?
The Ultra has a lug sole and a reinforced toe area that will stand up to more rugged activities, whereas the Classic is better suited to lighter day-to-day activities. Also, the Ultra boots have removable, replaceable footbeds that provide greater arch support. Finally, the Ultra Tall has a strip of embroidery running up the back.
How much taller is the Ultra/Classic Tall than the Ultra/Classic Short?
The height of the Classic/Ultra Short varies from lower to mid calf, depending on the individual's legs.The Classic/Ultra Tall will vary from mid-calf to just below the knee, again depending on the individual's legs.
Can I wear my boots in the rain or snow?
Sheepskin is naturally water resistant, and therefore small amounts of moisture will not seep through or damage it. For more complete protection, we recommend treating products with a Stain and Water Repellent.
***Boots/shoes with full grain leather uppers are waterproof, but it is still recommended that they be treated.
Are UGG boots meant strictly for use during the winter?
No. In warmer weather (up to 80°F) the soft fibers act as a natural air conditioner, keeping your feet cool and comfortable.
To what temperature will UGG footwear keep my feet warm?
Wool fleece helps maintain body temperature, making UGG footwear appropriate for all climates. The wool will keep your feet warm down to -30°F.
Are UGG boots breathable?
Yes. The fleece foot bed wicks away moisture and allows air to circulate, keeping your feet dry.
How do I know if I have the right size?
UGG Footwear should be snug, but not uncomfortable. They will give a little as they mold to your foot, resulting in a comfortable fit.
Do I need to weatherproof my Ugg boots?
Since UGG footwear is made of sheepskin and leather, they are naturally resistant to small amounts of water. We do recommend waterproofing them if you intend on wearing them in heavy snowfall or rain.
Which styles can replace the footbeds?

My boots are making my feet turn black. Is this a defect?
No. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker-colored sheepskin during first few wears.
Is it true that you should wear them barefoot?
YES! UGG footwear is designed to be worn barefooted to maximize the cushioning effect and the warmth of sheepskin.
Colours of products on this website?
The product colours on this site are representational only. Actual colours on finished products may vary from those displayed. Sheepskin is a natural product and colours of different pairs of boots may vary slightly in dye penetration from time to time according to the lanolin content within individual skins.
The darker colours may transfer some dye to the feet for some time at the beginning of wearing the new boots.

What payment methods do you support?
Paypal and Western Union are accepted, but we recommend you to use Paypal for the both sides' safety.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
No, we will pay for it.
What's the Total Delivery Time?
(Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive)
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Packaging Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time = From the time we received your order to the time we start to packaging your order. One or two work days to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, and to make sure the shipping address is correct.
Minimum time: 1-2 work days.
We do not process your order on Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 work days for weekend orders.
Packaging Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in one day or two. You will be notified if your order are not in stock. Minimum time: 1-2 work days
Shipping Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you.
Most shipped packages are delivered within 3-7 work days from the day they are shipped.
Which carrier or express company do you use?
Uggdiscounts.co.uk may ship each product at different times via different shipping companies. We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you.
Will you pay for the insurance?
Once packages have been shipped, An Post is responsible for delivery. We do not insure packages - if you would like your order insured, please request this when you check out.
Important Note: When receiving and signing for the cargo, you must inspect the cargo carefully to make sure whether it is perfect or not; you should send letter for us instead of signing for if it has any breakage; we will help you to process! But if after receiving and signing for said again the product has any question, we are generally irresponsible!
1) If you find the parcel broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for exhcange or fully refund your money according to your request.
2) If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address without asking for our customer support's advice.
Can I monitor the delivery process?
Yes. Our support team will be at your disposal during the working time by Email. When the product delivery takes place, you will receive a notification by Email which notify you that your boots has been shipped. Our customer service will tell you the tracking number and the web site in which you will find the possibility to look-up an order, so that you can see exactly its current status. Only sizes/colours that we have in stock are displayed on our site. We suggest that you visit us from time to time as the availability of sizes/colours vary depending on the demand.
